1. All our goods/services will serve their intended functions.

2. All warranty conditions are stated in the product/services information provided, unless the manufacturer has provided none.

Prices

3. All our prices are nett. No discounts will be given unless during monthly or seasonal promotions.

Delivery services

4. Delivery is free for all purchased items and delivered within Singapore. Deliveries outside of Singapore will be charged according to the prevailing shipment rates.

Payment Processing

5. We accept the current modes of payment such as:

i) Cash upon delivery
ii) Cheques (to be crossed and made payable to "Chew Kim Tjong")
iii) Bank Transfer (POSB Savings, Account No. 096-32251-8)
iv) & all the major credit cards via Paypal

We will call or email you once we are in receipt of it so that you won't have to worry
We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed.

We choose Paypal, as our paying agent. All products charged using Paypal payment will be in US dollars. The conversion to US dollars and Sing dollars are estimated only. The currency we accept are US dollars and Singapore dollars.

Cancellation of Orders

7. We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame.

8. We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.

Confirmation of Orders

9. We will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.

Exchange & Refunds

10. All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

A defective product may be exchanged for the same product only. Please keep any manufacturer's materials, your original packing slip, etc.. Call us at 6873 0230/9126 9821 to arrange a return. We will exchange the product or refund your original purchase price.

Goods returned incomplete, spoiled, damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return.
