Local Shipping
You have a few choices for local shipping.
a) By Registered Post (within 3 working days) b) By Hand Delivery ~ (Monday - Friday) c) Self-Collection at home office (9 Holland Ave #20-62)
To give you more bang on your bucks, we are offering FREE local delivery services island wide.
International Shipping
International shipping is by Registered Airmail via Singapore Post, with a package reference number provided - http://singpost.com. Shipment time is approximately 10 - 15 Business Days upon payment. It could be slightly longer depending on your country's customs and security checks.
Note: All Registered packages need to be signed for upon delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, the postal service will leave a notification with further instructions for pick-up or re-delivery, and it is the customer's responsibility to follow through to obtain the package.
Due to shipping restrictions, shipping is not available for P.O. Box and AFPN addresses.
I have multiple orders. Can you ship them together?
A single combined payment will ensure a single package. A new order will mean a new package so make sure you combine your orders in a single payment so as to save you on shipping cost!
I have a different shipping address. What should I do?
An order can be shipped to an address other than that of your billing address. Simply fill the details under the Shipping Address box on the shipping page, during checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can use your Credit Card for to make purchases at our web shoppe, via Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to pay with Credit Card via Paypal. Singapore customers may choose to pay via cash/cheque upon delivery, or Bank Transfer.
What if I want to place an order but do not have a Credit Card?
Singapore shoppers may pay via cash/cheque upon delivery or Bank Transfer. You will be presented with the option upon checkout. For international shoppers, you can directly TT transfer to our bank account or pay by cheque. Please email to us for further information.
For orders within Singapore, items in its original condition with attached tags and packaging, returned within 7 days of the shipping date will be promptly processed. For International orders, items in its original condition with attached tags and packaging, returned within 30 days of the shipping date will be promptly processed.

Please note that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we strongly recommend that you send it by registered post. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

How to place an order from your web?
Click on the picture of a product, then click "Add to cart" to put the item in your shopping cart. You can delete items from the shopping cart by clicking "Delete", and change the quantities by amending the values then click "Update Quantities".
When you have finished shopping, click on "Checkout". If you are an existing member, you must login to the system. If you are a new user, click on "I am a new user" and fill in your particulars.
Check that the items in your shopping cart are correct, then click "Next".
Check the details, and click "Confirm".
Your order has been sent to us and you will receive a sales order confirmation email. You will also receive an email notification once it has been dispatch.
Can I add or remove items from my order once it has been submitted?
Once you have submitted your order, we are no longer able to modify your order. This is to ensure that all orders are processed securely and packed accordingly. Any modifications done after an order is submitted may result in order errors. You may place an additional order at any time.
How will I know that my order was accepted?
After you have checked out your order successfully, an email order confirmation will be sent to the email address you have entered during checkout. Please make sure to have added our email addresses to your email safe list. Check your junk mail folder if you still haven't received any email confirmation from us as there is a high chance for all system-generated emails to be wrongly directed there.
All transaction orders made with us are being secured using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) provided by our Credit card processing gateway (Paypal). To check the security of your connection, look for an unbroken key or a closed lock in the lower-left corner of your browser window after accessing the server. These icons indicate that SSL is active. Or look at the first characters of the site address in the URL line of your browser. The letters will change from "http" to "https" when you access a secure server. If you are using a public computer, protect your personal information by always logging out of gladyspash.com when you have finished shopping.
Will you sell my email address to other businesses?
